Framework Investing Classroom Course Cancellation Policy
We want to be as flexible and accommodating as possible regarding registrations and cancellations and very much want you to get your money’s worth from these courses. At the same time, our own service providers—hotels and AV suppliers—are not necessarily as flexible with us, so we have to set some limits regarding our registration and cancellation process.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration for an Framework Investing classroom-based course for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund up to two weeks before the scheduled start date of the course. After this point, we are contractually committed to paying hotel costs, so will be happy to refund the entire course fee less an amount equal to $500.
For example, if you have registered for the Intelligent Stock Investor course package during the regular sign-up period ($1,649 fee) and inform us that you cannot come more than two weeks before the start, we will refund the full $1,649 amount; if you inform us within the two weeks prior to the course, we will refund $1,149 (the amount paid less the $500).
Framework Investing Online Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
Framework Investing’s online learning environment has been created to attempt to maximize student learning and application of that learning to the student’s personal investing. Further we provide select FREE online courses and course “snippets” to further aid your decision process.
However, should you enroll in an online course and decide that it is not for you, please let us know as soon as possible (we recommend letting us know in writing through email or by posted letter). Framework Investing has a sliding scale refund policy based on the number of course sections completed.
