Gilead is one of the most innovative companies in the world, whose products have literally changed the lives of tens of thousands of people. HIV and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) used to be death sentences; thanks to Gilead’s drugs, they are now easily treatable and curable conditions, respectively.
